Join The Story Museum in Oxford for a magic weekend.

There will be a weekend of wizarding fun on 25 & 26 June.

In partnership with Kids Bloomsbury Publishing UK, celebrate the 25th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone  There will be a  host of magical activities including a FREE Harry Potter family quiz, magician extraordinaire and Duncan Saunders working his magic around the Museum.

There’s also a very special Harry Potter draw-a-long with Thomas Taylor, first illustrator of the books.

Join Thomas Taylor as he magically shows you all how to draw your very own Harry Potter, with his lightning bolt scar, in a bewitching interactive/draw-a-long! In 1997, Thomas illustrated the cover of a certain debut novel – Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by J.K. Rowling – and that illustration went on to become one of the most iconic book covers ever! Thomas chats about what inspired him to create “that” famous book cover and lots more fun stories about his career as a successful illustrator and author.
