The Oxford Maths Festival is back on 13-14 May! With activities, games, puzzles and new tricks for families with children aged 4-13.

The festival has a wide range of activities to choose from – talks, workshops, craft sessions, board games and hands-on maths. Take a look at the programme to see what’s on offer in 2023. On the Saturday the event is drop-in and free of charge, but the Sunday requires booking and there is a registration fee.

Saturday 13 May: Hands-on activities including at Templars Square Shopping Centre. This is a drop-in event that is free of charge.

This drop-in event will have with hands-on mathematical games and activities, suitable for ages 3+. Play games, explore historical mathematical items from the History of Science Museum, and try a range of puzzles from Magic Mathworks.

Sunday 14 May: Hands-on activities, board games, craft, talks and workshops, all at the Mathematical Institute (booking required, see the event website). This event requires pre-booking (£3 fee).
