I decided to describe my personal experience of interacting with London storage company Stackt. The opinion is completely positive, I will tell you all the points of the work in detail. This storage company did not disappoint me, unlike previous carriers. In general, I rate Stackt’s competence as 10 out of 10, that is, I have no complaints.

I liked the preliminary arrangements, the cost of services is definitely low, there are discounts. By the way, I’m a student and I have a job at the same time. But being a student allowed you to get a discount on storing things and moving! The discount is very profitable, keep in mind.
Cleaning! It was unexpected
I did not expect a professional cleaning service and wanted to look for a cleaner. However, Stackt offered specialists for cleaning, which suited me regarding the price and list of works. By the way, the cost of cleaning is lower than in many similar companies.
One — bedroom apartment with a small kitchen — I checked out from there. Of course, I monitored the condition of the apartment during my stay. But before moving, in the process of packing suitcases and searching for things in closets, chaos appeared in all the rooms around me. We agreed on the cost, it turned out to be a little more than £200 — I don’t remember the exact amount.
The cleaning was quick and very high — quality:
- My plumbing was fully cleaned and disinfected – 2 sinks, a toilet, a bathtub.
- We removed the dust inside the cabinets, on the shelves, and on the bedside tables.
- The window sills were washed.
- The carpets were cleaned very well!
- The floor was washed clean.
I would like to note separately that I have a dog, it constantly sheds and there are always a lot of six on the floor. After cleaning, the dog hair in the carpets disappeared! The apartment smelled pleasantly fresh, it seemed that no one lived there. I will make a conclusion on cleaning: the quality exceeds the cost! I highly recommend ordering cleaning when moving to Stackt.
I also liked the storage boxes
I couldn’t immediately pick up the oversized furniture and move it to a new rented apartment. I was lucky, the chosen storage company provides storage services. And yes, I was offered a very nice discount!!! I chose a fairly large warehouse, the price for 7 days with discounts was about £20!
My opinion: it is very cheap if you carefully compare the prices in other repositories.
I was offered a clean, dry room with a pleasant renovation. I agreed and rented it. Then I decided not to transport sports equipment temporarily and rented a special small storage room there for £5 per week. Let me remind you that the cost was eventually reduced due to the shelf life and student discounts! This is a very good saving of earned money.
Good packaging
Would you risk packing fragile dishes and valuable expensive video equipment yourself? I was afraid that when I moved, my cameras and the antique plates my mother had given me would be ruined! However, Stackt came to the rescue again!
I was brought various packaging materials, which were selected by storage company specialists when inspecting things. The guys were friendly, joked, talked about the specifics of transportation and carefully packed my valuables. I was pleasantly surprised and rejoiced at such unexpected help.
This service is paid. But you must agree that special packaging materials have a cost, which is especially noticeable when transporting fragile items. The final price of the package turned out to be low, and I still consider the help of professionals invaluable. The packaging was different, I did not suspect that there was a special film, boxes of different sizes and shapes. As a result, everything worked out and my property moved safely to a new place of residence.
The long-awaited move
Stackt has movers and transport, which is selected taking into account the size of the transported items. That is, I got a full — fledged service at every stage – the guys from Stackt actually moved with me! After packing, the items were carefully moved to the car, transported to a new apartment, unloaded and brought inside!
I forgot to tell you — my new 2-bedroom apartment was also cleaned thanks to Stackt cleaning. Due to the size, the cost was higher than the previous one and amounted to £299. I am very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. I rate the work of the movers and carriers of the storage company as 10 out of 10. I liked the whole service, there are no complaints, I did not notice any shortcomings. I sincerely wish storage company Stackt prosperity, lots of customers and revenue growth!

- Cleaning of two rented apartments. The cleaning representatives arrived together, did the work quickly and very efficiently.
- I note that this is the right durable packaging for valuable fragile items. As a result, the move turned out to be a hassle-free one.
- The service of movers. It is obvious here that when moving, such work is present in all storage companies. However, the guys from Stackt loaded things carefully and quickly.
- Storage of things. The boxes and storage rooms are in excellent condition, there is video surveillance. They are clean, warm, and dry.
- I liked the move, the carrier’s cars did not disappoint me — they are new comfortable modern vehicles.
So, the conclusion. In my understanding, storage company Stackt deserves the highest praise. This is a convenient, comfortable and inexpensive moving service in England and other countries. I recommend using the services of these carriers and ordering additional features — cleaning, packaging, storage. I will need Stackt again in the near future.
